This handwoven wool blanket in a 2/2 twill weave is made on a traditional loom using hand-spun wool yarn, giving it an authentic and natural character with subtle variations in texture.

The 2/2 twill structure creates a strong, flexible textile with a soft drape and a visible diagonal pattern typical for many historical wool fabrics. Compared to plain weave, twill offers better flexibility and durability, making it especially suitable for blankets and outer use.

The blanket measures approximately 226 cm in length and 138 cm in width, providing comfortable coverage and practical use in both indoor and outdoor settings. With a weight of approximately 500 grams per linear meter, the fabric is warm and dense.

It is finished with hand-tied fringes approximately 14 cm long, adding a traditional and decorative detail.

The colour is a natural off-white shade of wool, without artificial dyeing, preserving the original character of the material.

Thanks to the use of wool and traditional weaving, the blanket is breathable, warm, and durable.
